Sony Ericsson Xperia Nozomi has been all over the web for the past weeks and now it gets a new name, as the Sony Ericsson Xperia Arc HD and a leaked live picture. This spyshot’s highlight is the ring of light around the handset’s bottom side.

Rumors say that this device will come in black and white versions and it will pack Android 2.3.5 as the OS, with the customized Sony UI on top of it. We’re expecting this to be a very thin phone, one that will debut at CES 2012 and feature Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich at the time of the launch. I must mention that a closer glance at the screen reveals some icons that look very much like those on the Galaxy Nexus, included in ICS… so maybe it’s Android 4.0 after all.

As far as specs go, Xperia Arc HD gets its name from the 720p 4.3 inch display and also on board we find a 1.5GHz dual core processor, plus 1GB of RAM and 12 megapixel camera. I wonder when we’ll get an official announcement of this beauty… maybe this year? Excited about its specs?
