Motorola has announced a trio of new Android-powered handsets for China today, the MT810, XT806, and A1680. Each has their own standout features and help round out the Motorola portfolio, all while bringing back the familiar MING line.  You’ll notice from the pictures that these devices use a stylus as part of the input methods.  I’d like to see resistive touch screens come stateside, if only through a few models.  We’ve seen a slew of product designs here in the U.S. over the last year, why not introduce something new?

MT810: Social Meets Business

  • Unique dual-touch system with a transparent cover and second capacitive touch screen
  • Allows full navigation functionality by finger or stylus
  • Pre-loaded business applications
  • 720p HD video capture and playback

XT806: An Internet Powerhouse

  • Transparent flip design and a screen with a super-sharp display
  • Integrated mobile business applications including QuicknotesTM
  • Supports CDMA EVDO and GSM dual-mode/dual-standby
  • SHOP4APPS – Motorola’s own app store with over 800 specially selected applications

A1680: Iconic MING Redefined

  • Features the classic MING design with a 3.1 inch AMOLED full touch display
