Although we have no info on the actual sales of the Windows Phone 7 devices, the stats provided by adgac are a pretty good indication for that. Adgac serves ads in applications that run on Windows Phone 7 and they’ve reached quite a bunch of devices till now. Well, it turns out that most of those were HTC units, as proved by the pie chart below.

Samsung comes second and LG is third, while Dell and Asus complete the available portions of market share. In case you’re even more curios, know that the HTC HD7 is at the top of the list, as the most popular model, followed by the Samsung Omnia 7 and LG Optimus 7 E900. These two are pretty close, but the HTC handset is really far upfront, as far as popularity is concerned.

It may be the huge 4.3 inch screen, or the kickstand, but it’s surely not the build quality, that is a bit disappointing to be honest, especially with that cheap plastic back. Also, the device weighs quite a lot…
