That’s right, just weeks after it;s release, the Motorola Droid 2 has been rooted! The geniuses over at XDA Developers have done it again with this latest hack. At first glance, the process looks fairly simple, but it’s not one click root, that’s for sure. So, if you’re unsure about rooting, I would wait until an easier method is released. This one isn’t for the faint of heart, so be cautious.
As of now, there have been no ROM releases or recovery images, but we’ll keep you posted on any new developments.
