Just like we knew it would happen, the T-Mobile G2x aka the LG Optimus 2X has been made available for sale on the carrier’s online store. This happens a week before its availability in stores. The device is priced at 9.99 with a new, two year agreement and after a mail in rebate.

We remind you that this was the first very first dual core phone ever announced and that it comes with HSPA+ connectivity. The CPU is a dual core Tegra 2 unit and there’s a nifty 8 megapixel camera at the back to have fun with (1080p capture included). WiFi, Bluetooth and GPS are also on board, plus a front 1.3 MP camera for videocalling.

Android 2.2 is the OS of choice and it should look pretty hot on the 4 inch WVGA display. Expect the device to reach physical stores on Wednesday, April 20, with sales kicking off on the same day.
