:razz:How to push BCM Account and Contacts from a shared Central BCM DB to Blackberry BES Users and keep updated? Use Companion Link Pro Version 4.0 (has BCM Support)
This is a one way sync, the user must still use BCM to maintain the Contact and Account Data (SQL) as it is not a compatible format.
You can run and schedule in Companion Link (CL) on a Central BCM shared by all your users.
Configure CL Sync with Outlook to Outlook option, where the target is a public folder on Exchange. Then configure the BES to Sync the public folder to the Blackberry users.
Voila, your users now have the central shared Accounts and Contacts on their BB and it will continue to receive updates every 15 or more minutes.
Another advantage is now others in your organization can also have read access to these contacts without having to install and run BCM. This is configurable through the Public folders Owner / Admin.
