Motorola and Verizon have been very busy this year, pumping out one powerful Droid iteration after another.  While some are new models like the Droid Pro, others are special versions of previous releases such as the R2D2 edition of the Droid 2.  According to Phone Arena, the two are working on a re-jiggered Droid X.  Dubbed the Droid X SE (Special Edition), the phone is said to jump from 1GHz to the same 1.2GHz chip coming from the Droid 2 Global later this year.  It’s also said that the device will shed the all-black aesthetics and feature a silver bezel (as seen above.
