According to Engadget this is a genuine Nokia and Microsoft concept phone, following their announcement today. We remind you that the two brands are set to cooperate in the future, with Windows Phone 7 becoming the main smartphone platform for the Finnish handset maker.

Back to the concept phone, it borrows design traits from the C7 and N8 models and probably packs a 4 inch display, a 1GHz single or dual core CPU, 512MB of RAM and 8/16GB of internal memory.
