Motorola Droid Bionic has exited the attention of the press lately, after being the subject of a leak a while back. Initially known as Etna, a model shown at CES 2011, this device was then called Targa as the original model from CES was canceled. And now we have a fresh leak of images…

Targa seems like an elegant smartphone with a huge touchscreen, dual core CPU and possibly a 13 megapixel camera at the rear. The display on it is supposed to be 4.5 or 4.3 inches in diagonal and it’s more likely a qHD screen like the one on HTC Sensation. Android 2.3.4 Gingerbread is the likely OS on this device and we’re expecting it to be customized with a new flavor of BLUR with 3D effects.

The only thing we’re really curios about is the CPU speed of this baby. Making it a simple 1GHz affair doesn’t sound tempting, so maybe we’ll see a 1.2GHz or 1.5GHz model this time?
