Last week, the lawsuit between Apple and Samsung has as conclusion the permission for the US company to look into the future portofolio of products belonging to the Asian company. This was the decision of a Federal judge and now Samsung wants to play the same card, in order to take a peek at the iPad 3 and iPhone 3.

The maker of the Galaxy S handsets has already filed a motion through its lawyers, requiring to look at the final commercial versions of the upcoming Apple products. The reason? These newcomers will be sold at the same time as the Galaxy Tab 10.1 and the Droid Charge handset, so Sammy wants to prepare for potential legal action.

Of course, suits will follow if the products are similar, but it’s better to be prepared than sorry, right? Samsung wants the preview of the devices till June 13 and don’t expect their company men to be there, but only lawyers.
