After the story of the dual core Sony Ericsson Duo model, here comes another one, this time taking the shape of an Xperia concept. The Sony Ericsson Ape model was created by Frank Tobias, it runs Android 3.0 Honeycomb and packs a 3.9 inch Reality Display.

The screen on this Honeycomb phone is powered by Mobile Bravia Engine tech and under the hood we find a mighty 2.5GHz dual core processor. Add 1GB of RAM, 8GB of storage and an 8.1 megapixel camera with 1080p capture and it’s all perfect. The usual WiFi, DLNA, NFC and Bluetooth 3.0 and maybe LTE would have made a nifty addition.

The shape of the Sony Ericsson Ape looks a bit like the one of the Xperia Arc model, while the back side is very HTC-like, especially the upper part.
