Add Contact!?

hi all, im trying to add contact but people on other end wont recieve my invitation?

i saw on other threads people say go to add contacts then all the reast, but problem is i dont have tab add contact i have invite contact but that wont take me into the pin area as discussed, really confussed and frustarted!
