You must’ve heard by now that HP’s TouchPad tablet wasn’t received too warmly by critics and reviewers. Well, in spite of that HP plans to upgrade its model, according to a recent leak. The info that reached the web points towards a 64GB TouchPad with HSPA+ coming next month.

There’s also mention of a processor upgrade and we might see this enhanced TouchPad in August the earliest. Also, we learn about the HP Pre 3, that will come this fall, along with that mystery 7 inch Opal tablet. This leak comes from an official presentation, but I wouldn’t bet my house on such data.

Recently the Pre 3 was spotted at the FCC, in both AT&T and Verizon versions, so it’s going to be a widespread launch. I guess we’ll have to see if the TouchPad also changes for the better.
