I am a new BB user. Recently purchased the Torch and am very happy with it. However, I am stumped with one item:
For some contacts the customized alert settings work for incoming text messages, for other contacts they don’t work at all and default to the "normal profile" settings.
Am I skipping a step on some contacts but, getting it right on others? I have deleted contacts and re-added them…doesn’t change a thing. Some work and some don’t.
