Windows Phone is preparing to make a dent in the market share of Android and iOS, at least in the USA. It appears that in early 2012 we’ll not only see HTC and Samsung Windows Phone units with LTEcoming to local carriers, but also some Nokia goodies. One of them is the long awaited Nokia Ace with LTE and Windows Phone.

HTC Radiant and Samsung Mandel/Mendel (the units mentioned above) will be joined by the Nokia Ace. This 4G device might even run Windows Phone Tango, if recent rumors are true. We’ve seen this handset leaked many times so far, courtesy of Nokia and Microsoft presentations, that accidentally included the phone. AT&T will launch the Ace in the first half of next year and there’s even a release date set: March 18, 2012. All the 3 phones I’ve mentioned are expected to be announced at CES 2012.

Verizon will also get its share of Windows Phone action in 2012, with the Nokia Lumia 710 being prepared to be launched on its network in April. This model will come without LTE connectivity, in case you’re wondering. The Lumia 710 was already announced by T-Mobile and it will be launched by this operator on January 11, so the carrier will get about 3 months of exclusivity.
