Motorola Droid 4 was talked about a lot lately, as the sliding keyboard version of the Droid RAZR. Now, there’s a picture of the handset available on the web, courtesy of DroidDoes. Here’s the device I’m talking about, a very appealing alternative to the Motorola Droid RAZR.
The Motorola Droid 4 will be coming to Verizon soon, in about a week or two, but before the launch, here comes this leak. The follow-up to the Droid 3 comes about half a year after that model and it will run Gingerbread 2.3.5 on top of dual core 1.2GHz processor, plus 1GB of DDR2 RAM. This is a LTE handset, like all novelty in the portofolio of Verizon.
Droid Life is sure we’ll see this model in stores on the 22nd of this months, but delays have been common lately, so nothing to be puzzled about if that happens. I have to admit that the sliding 5 row QWERTY keyboard looks nice and it’s probably nice when typing as well. The screen here is a 4 inch qHD unit with 26% more pixels than WVGA screens. Also, expect the usual array of front and back camera, with the latter using an 8 megapixel sensor and supporting 1080p HD video capture.
