The recently uncovered LG-LU3000 has just been made official for Korea. Known heretofore as the Optimus Mach, this new Android smart phone will boast a 1GHz TI OMAP3630 processor, a 3.8-inch screeen, a 5-megapixel camera that can record and play back full 1080p HD video, and support for HDMI-output as well as DLNA. Look for this one to arrive in Korea over the next week with Android 2.2 under the hood. According to Mobile-Review (translated), the Optimus Mach will run 800,000 won, or roughly 0 US when it debuts.

Optimus Mach is a fitting name for a handset that’s said to be faster than pretty much any other smart phone on the market.
