After weeks of speculations and leaks, it’s time to dive into the MWC 2011 experience. LG just confirmed the products it’s going to show at MWC and they include three very appealing handsets (LG Optimus 3D, LG Optimus 2X, LG Optimus Black) and a Honeycomb tablet (Optimus Pad). Let’s see what they’re all about.

Each device is a premiere in its own way: LG Optimus 3D is the first 3D display and 3D camera phone, while the Optimus Black is the first handset with a 2MP camera and the Optimus 2X is the first commercially available dual core phone. The tablet is also an icebreaker, with its 3D screen and stereoscopic tridimensional cameras.

While the Optimus 2X and Optimus Black are already familiar, let’s see what the LG Optimus 3D phone brings as novelty:

  • CPU: 1GHz dual core TI OMAP4
  • Camera: dual lens, 3D capture
  • Display: 4.3 inch WVGA, 3D (no glasses)
  • Connectivity: DLNA, HDMI
  • OS: Froyo or Gingerbread
  • Memory: dual channel, dual memory

The LG Optimus Pad (T-Mobile G-Slate) is also an interesting product, with an 8.9 inch display and the following specifications list:

OS: Android 3.0 Honeycomb
CPU: 1GHz Nvidia Tegra 2, dual core
Camera: 3D capture
Display: 8.9 inch, 15:9 aspect ratio, 1080p decoding, 1280 x 768

We’ll be back with hands on videos and more details in the following hours!
